The OWNER agrees to rent the vehicle or vessel (referred to as the “Asset”) to the CUSTOMER for a set period and won’t offer it to anyone else during this time.
The CUSTOMER agrees to pay all the necessary fees, such as Rental Fee, Additional Charges, Delivery/Re-delivery Fee, and any other applicable costs, on time and to the correct account.
Both the OWNER and BROKER confirm they won’t do business with any countries on the OFAC sanctions list.

If you are under 18, you cannot register or use the website.
At the start of the Rental Period, the OWNER will deliver the yacht in good condition, clean, and ready for use. The CUSTOMER will inspect and confirm it is in working order.
The yacht will include necessary equipment, such as safety gear for children if applicable. The OWNERdoes not guarantee comfort or safety in bad weather conditions.
The CUSTOMER must return the yacht in good condition (except for normal wear and tear) and free of any debts at the end of the Rental Period. Early return is allowed, but no refund will be given for unused
time.
The CUSTOMER must stay within allowed cruising areas and adhere to legal restrictions. Cruising hours cannot exceed six hours per day without prior agreement with the Captain. While berthing arrangements will be attempted, availability is not guaranteed.
The CUSTOMER must ensure the yacht’s capacity is not exceeded. Extra visitors may be allowed while docked, subject to the Captain’s approval. The CUSTOMER is responsible for the behavior and safety of children aboard.
The OWNER will provide a qualified Captain and Crew, adhering to UAE laws. The Crew is required to maintain confidentiality about the CUSTOMER and guests.
The Captain has the authority to make decisions ensuring safety. Violating rules may result in early termination without a refund. The Captain can suspend water sports for safety concerns.
The Rental Fee covers the yacht, its equipment, and crew wages. The CUSTOMER is responsible for fuel, food, drinks, harbor fees, and other additional expenses.
The OWNER will deliver the car in good condition, clean, and ready for use at the agreed location and time. The CUSTOMER will confirm its condition upon receipt.
The CUSTOMER must return the car in good condition (except for normal wear and tear) and free of debts. Early return is allowed, but no refund will be issued for unused time.
The Rental Fee covers the car and basic usage. The CUSTOMER must pay for fuel, tolls, parking fees, and traffic fines incurred during the rental period.
Elite Rentals offers a 0 Deposit Option with the following terms:

| Insurance Coverage | Full Coverage if not at fault. If at fault: 20% + 3500 AED excess fee |
The CUSTOMER cannot assign or sublet the Asset without the OWNER’s written consent.
The OWNER ensures comprehensive insurance for the Asset covering typical risks. The CUSTOMER is responsible for damages caused due to their negligence.
Funds paid to the Broker are transferred to the Stakeholder, and held in a designated account. Payment procedures and refund conditions are subject to the terms mentioned in the agreement.
This Agreement follows UAE law. Any disputes will be resolved by arbitration at the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) in English, with the decision being final.
